“Brilliant community martial arts club. I’ve trained here as an adult, and had no hesitation in getting my 8 year old son involved when he showed an interest. Despite the 33 year age gap – we have the same experience once we walk through the door. Warmth, respect, encouragement, and a non-threatening atmosphere.”

“Amazing kickboxing group – my daughter has been going for two years and she’s progressing really well. She finds it really good having a focus for all her energy. The staff are brilliant with the children. They have loads of fun whilst still learning the importance of respect.”
