KICKBOXING GRADING SYLLABUS – VORTEX MARTIAL ARTS
Welcome to the VORTEX Kickboxing Bristol grading syllabus.
All elbow and knee strikes are removed from any junior grading requirement.
Whilst the punches, kicks and combinations are important, being unable to perform certain aspects WILL NOT RESULT IN A STUDENT FAILING. Gradings are used to test a student, and for both the student and instructor to learn the areas that may need improvement.
It may be that the instructor deviates from the below kickboxing syllabus on the day.
If you have any questions relating to the kickboxing grading syllabus, please speak to your instructor.
